RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. Returns / Refunds
We accept returns against defects, damaged and faulty items within 12 hours of delivery. Any goods returned will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of use or is not in the condition in which it was delivered.
If you received defective items, you can choose whether you want the goods to be replaced or refunded.
Refunds will be processed within working 10 days for BML credit & debit card payments & 2 days for Direct Bank Transfers.
2. Return Conditions
If the goods received are incorrect, damaged or different from what you ordered, please return them without removing the original packaging. If you notice that the product is damaged, please notify us immediately.
To request a return/refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 9111300 and be sure to let us know the order number. Please note that we will not accept returns without an original invoice.
Deliveries made to locations other than Greater Male' Region (boats, ferries, etc) will be borne by the customer.

- Cancellations for pre-order items after confirmation will only be accepted for 24hrs. After this, we will not be able to make any refunds or changes to your order.
- Should you receive a damaged item, we will replace or refund at the earliest time possible.
